Archaeology of a Revolution

Lisbon – São Jorge Castle, April 2224.
What happened on April 25th, 250 years ago?
Before that day, it seems people couldn’t speak their minds. Portugal was at war in Africa and the newspapers couldn’t publish what they wanted to.
A song, a carnation, a soldier. Can these objects collected by archaeologists in 2224 give us some clues as to what really happened back then? And how did people’s lives change in the aftermath?
In this excavation we will construct a puzzle with the found objects, cross-referencing them with the accounts of those who experienced the revolution of April 25th to finally write the report of the Day of the Revolution.
