Schools

As one of our main audiences, schools play a fundamental role in Castelo de São Jorge’s activities. We are, of course, very aware that our cultural legacy can only be protected if future generations know about it. This interaction between the monument and schools is not only enriching, but also necessary and fundamental for the continuation of our great mission of conserving and preserving our heritage.

We create many activities and projects with educational institutions in mind, and the range of content is not just rich and varied, but also adapted to each age group, teacher and student.

At the top of the hill, you can explore a living puzzle of different times and experiences where there’s room for all stories, both past and present, for anyone who comes to discover or write them.
