The Castelo ticket office has an access ramp for wheelchairs and priority service.
The Castle has an accessible route – a route with a regularized floor from the entrance of the Castle, after the turnstiles, to the eastern viewpoint overlooking the city of Lisbon.
Castelo de São Jorge has 2 Swiss Tracks available for the visitor to attach to manual wheelchairs, however, due to the state of the pavement of Castelo de São Jorge, this propulsion system may not be sufficient for a completely autonomous visit.
At the entrance to the Museum there is an access ramp and, inside the museum, there is a lifting platform to access one of the rooms.
The store has an accessible counter.
The toilets at the Castle have baby changing facilities and one of the toilets is prepared for visitors with wheelchairs.
Guide dogs are welcome at Castelo de São Jorge.
São Jorge Castle has inclusive visits that must be booked in advance.
